Double-click for a Text Box in PowerPoint (Windows)
PowerPoint users on Windows can now finally just double-click on an empty portion of a slide or the pasteboard to insert a text box. No more hunting around your tabs for the insert text box button..
This text box will follow the style of your default text box style, and to set or change it, just right-click any text box. Don’t worry about messing up your master as you can always keep changing the default text box style any time you need to.
Note: this feature began rolling out to beta users in mid-July, but it may take some time to reach all users.
